Women For Change.

This website was designed and created as part of my final thesis project for my master's degree in Communication & Leadership from Gonzaga University. For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated with advertising and the subconscious and conscious impact it can have on individuals. This is why I chose to embark in a career as a digital advertising sales representative and work directly with marketers to set up and execute digital advertising campaigns. As I have continued my post-graduate studies at Gonzaga, I have frequently thought about the impact that advertising can have and how it has the power to shift social perception. I hope to demonstrate that change is possible and while it might be a slow process, it can happen. It is my hope that this website will provide useful content and the encouragement to empower one another to increase the rate of change for women within organizations. Please fill out the comments section with any questions, impactful ads you've seen or any information you find inspiring that can assist in women creating change. I would be happy to include it on the site.
